GW Client and High DPI Displays

The groupwise client is not really high DPI aware and capable of dealing with these more and more used displays. One can get a not very satisfying solution with HDPI settings on Windows 10 - in other environments it is simply unusable.
Even on Windows 10 you have to use a special technique to open attachments if you want to overcome the otherwise blurry view of the attachments.

Is there any idea of when a working solution will reach the client?

Re: GW Client and High DPI Displays

Hi,

This is currently being worked on by engineering. I do not have an ETA for complete resolution of this issue. Having said that, I believe *some* improvements have already been made. You don't tell us what version and build of the GroupWise client you are using.

Cheers,
Laura Buckley

Like Laura said, there are non-public builds of the 18.1 GW client that
contain some improvements, especially in the calendar area (which is
vastly unuseable in FCS 18.1 on 4K+ Displays). You may have to open a SR
and ask for them though.
