GW-Client and the 'unread items icon' at folder level

Hi,

after upgrade a GW-System to GW14.2.1 the clients (GW 8, 12 and 14R2) see
the icon for 'unread items' (the closed envelope) in the front of every mail
folder in the cabinet.

When accessing this folder and leave again the icon is removed, but after a
logout/login of the client the icon appears again even when no new item is
avaliable!

This is at all users regardeless of the version of the GW-client.

Any hints?

Thx

Bernd

I ran into this one also. Known bug that was fixed. I think your
server needs to be at 2014 R2 SP1 HP1 (Build 124595) to resolve this.

Arghh, I upgraded two weeks ago ... But I get the ISO not from the
'Patches'-Area ...

So, once again, DL, copy, unpack, install, finger cross ...

Thx
