GW14.1 Mail for published calendar incomplete

Hello,

have running calendar publishing host and try to share calendars on this
platform.
Following the doc (client user guide, 4.9.3), I can compose a message
with approbiate links to the webserver.

All works fine, but webcal link is missing in this mail. This is the
interesting information.
Again a bug in german version or can some foreign user confirm this bug?

With this feature we want to workaround the limitation of mobility
service not providing proxy calendars

Just to feed the thread:
Probably an error with the calendar publishing host itself. I changed
the setting URL of the host in admin console after creating. Looks like
this is prohibited.
I had to delete the CPH and recreate it with the right settings.
Additionally I changed my layout options to html (brrrr....).
Now the mail is complete and contains the right links.
