GWIA

Good afternoon,

My Groupwise server is not sending e-mail to the google servers (@gmail.com). When sending an e-mail server returns him an e-mail with subject "dominio.GWIA.GATEWAY".

Anyone have any ideas?

Thank U!

The contents of that e-mail will help us understand that has happened.
Likely it will show that the original email address was typed
incorrectly

Maybe copying the return email to this forum will give us some clues as to what is going on?

That message looks incomplete. Usually there is more with Google having
been particulary good at giving links as to why they have blooked you.
Take a look at GWIA's logs for when this happened as the full thing may
be in there.

The response being 550 is a 500 class response, all are a total block
In this case either the destination email address is unknown, or your
system is trying to relay the message via that server without
authentication.
I would suspect that host@gmail.com is not a real account as that would
be a spam magnet. Perhaps it once was a live account and now only lives
on as a honeypot with all who send to it being considered spam sources.

If you are getting the same response code for gmail accounts you know
for sure are good and typed correctly, then it is possible you are
black listed for some reason or something is directing you to the wrong
gmail servers.
Perhaps some of the other examples of that bounce back will have a real
message you can work with.

1) Do the servers your GWIA are connecting to match what you get from
http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=mx%3agmail.com&run=toolpage
If not there, something is preventing your GWIA from getting correct
DNS information.

2) Test if your outbound public IP address is listed in any of the
blacklists with these two test tools

Re: GWIA

Sorry about the delay, but I found the problem. The fixed IP distributor by TELECOM was blocked by google servers. I requested a new IP and functioned normally.
Thanks to all who contributed.
