GroupWise 18.2 Client crashes when moving a Mail

Jump to solution

Hello,

we have a Problem with our GroupWise 18.2.0 (28.09.2019 Build 135222 German) Client.

When we try to move a mail with the Move Icon to a folder when opened the GroupWise client crashes. When we move the mail with the icon in the mailbox it works. Drag n Drop also works fine.

Here is the Error log from Windows:

@AVA1

Hi,

I'm unable to duplicate the issue you report but I'm using a much newer FTF build of the client.  I suggest you open a service request with support to get the latest build and work with them if that does not solve your issue.

Cheers,

Laura Buckley

@AVA1

Hi,

Does this crash happen to all users or a specific user?

Does it happen on all workstations or is it isolated to a single workstation?

Let me know the answers to the above - thanks.

Cheers,

Laura Buckley

Hello,

we had the problem on every workstation. I got a new client from the support, now works everything fine.
