GroupWise 2012 Registry Key for User's Word List ?

In GroupWise 8 there was a registry key to point to the User's Word List
(WT61xx.UWL):
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Novell\User Word List\6.1\DE\User Word List 0]
In GW8 we used it to store WT61xx.UWL in the user's Home Directory.

In GW2012 the WT61xx.UWL files are no longer used, but *.GWD and *.GQC
files.

Is there a registry key to change the location of *.GWD and *.GQC files?

TIA

Re: GroupWise 2012 Registry Key for User's Word List ?

Hi Hans-Dieter,

With 2012 the SpellChecker/WordList changed completely. I don't know if you can still change the default location of it. I'm unable, at this point, to find a way of doing this.

Cheers,

Re: GroupWise 2012 Registry Key for User's Word List ?

Hi Laura,
yes - I know the changes (e.g. TID 7010336).

The import of the WT61XX.UWL works, but now the *.GQC/*.GWD files
are located in the local Windows Profile and no more in the User's
Home Directory in the network... 😞

I am not sure if I can create a Service Request for such a
question/problem...?

Hi Hans-Dieter,

You can always put in an enhancement request: http://www.novell.com/rms

If you have maintenance on your GroupWise system you can open a Service Request.

Best of luck.

Re: GroupWise 2012 Registry Key for User's Word List ?

Answer from SR:
Unfortunately there is no such key for GroupWise 2012.
The location is hardcoded to the user's profile ... 😞
