GroupWise 2014 R2 SP1 HP2 - Error with module ntdll.dll

Hi, I installed the GroupWise 2014 R2 SP1 HP2 client on a Windows 7 x86 computer. When I launch the application, I get the usual popup asking me what is my username, password, server, etc. This computer is not running the "Client for Open Enterprise Server". As soon as I click the OK button, I get an error popup window saying this.

Re: GroupWise 2014 R2 SP1 HP2 - Error with module ntdll.dll

Hi Guillaume,

Version de l’application:

Whilst I have not seen this error before the above stands out for me as the version should be 14.2.1
Perhaps something has gone wrong with the install of your client. I recommend uninstalling the client and running a registry cleaner to remove remnants of the GroupWise client and then reinstall the client and see if that resolves the issue.

Please let us know how it goes.
