GroupWise Links in Windows 10

Hello,

I am running the latest 2014 client in Windows 10. After upgrading to Windows 10, when I click on a link inside an email GroupWise sometimes opens Chrome for me, but won't go to the link clicked on inside the email. Other times GroupWise won't even open Chrome. I've tried uninstalling the GroupWise client and reinstalling, but no luck. Also checked my default browser settings. Anyone else had this problem, or an idea on how to fix?

Thanks ahead,
Mark

I guess no one else has hit this yet who looks here.

Suggestions (aka things I'd be trying):
- test on a different Windows Profile
- test on a different PC
- clean up temp type files with a tool like CCleaner.

Re: GroupWise Links in Windows 10

Not sure if you are still having this problem but I've seen this behavior when I was using the beta "preview" of Win10. The workaround was to have the browser already open, seems the first call can't pass the URL to the application, but if Chrome was already open, then it would open the link on a new tab.

Re: GroupWise Links in Windows 10

Thanks for the replies folks. Seems a couple weeks away from the office cleared up the problem.

Actually the cleaning up before I left, or possibly a Windows update, are what most likely cleared up the issue.

Thanks again!
