Groupwise 2014 Busy Search D107
I have Groupwise 2014 HP1 Server and GroupWise 2014 HP1 client. If I want to make an appointment, then I use Busy Search/Individual Schedules/Invite to Meeting, then I get Error D107 (Record not found), but this error comes ONLY in Caching mode. For all users in the online mode and with Webaccess works everything.

Hi,
Sorry for the slow response. By any chance as one of the users in your Busy Search been moved to a different Post Office? In your caching mailbox how often are the address books updating?
Please let us know - thanks.

Hi Alex,
