Groupwise 7 shows in Webaccess

I upgraded our Groupwise from 7 to 8. Everything went fine. The only problem is that some computers in the company gives Groupwise 7 login page which supposed to be 8. Though when tried to access it outside, it gives Groupwise 8 login page. Internally, it gives Groupwise 8 login page when accessed using https://<private ip>/gw/webacc or https://<domain>/gw/webacc but when I use https://<public ip>/gw/webacc, it gives Groupwise 7 login page. We have already cleared the cache of the browser and the server proxy. I'm suspecting it is caused by the DNS.

Honestly I'm surprised you get anything when using the public IP
internally. Because of how NAT works, this shouldn't work at all. If
you're getting the old login page there *must* be cache somewhere
involved. Still, I wouldn't worry about it, as no one should be using
the public IP internally. As long as the internal IP (and domain) works
internally and the public IP (and domain) works externally that's all
users should be using.
