Re: Groupwise confirmation email in different language

Hi Annika,

Sorry for the slow response.

Please confirm exactly which version of GroupWise 2014 is installed on your servers i.e. 2014 or 2014 R2, or 2014 R2 HP1

I recall seeing this issue reported before but before I know exactly what version you are running I am unable to advise further.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Cheers,
Laura Buckley

Re: Groupwise confirmation email in different language

HI Annika,

The confirmation emails, which I am assuming are accept/decline notifications.... are all the English ones coming from one Post Office and the German ones coming from a different Post Office?

Please let me know.

Cheers,

Re: Groupwise confirmation email in different language

Hi Laura,
Yes, it is confirmations mail from resource-mailboxes (accept/decline), and we have only one post office.

Re: Groupwise confirmation email in different language

Hi Annika,

If it's all one Post Office then I'm not too sure what's causing the difference in the language of the auto-response e-mails.

To rule out bugs in your existing system you will need to upgrade to R2 HP1. If that does not solve the problem then you may need to open a Service Request. Just note that you will need to upgrade your system first as that is the first thing that Novell Technical Support will require you to do.

Please let us know how it goes.

Hello,

same problem with R2-HP1. If we get appointments frome Internet (Outlook Users), and we accept or decline the appointment, the information mail goes out in english.
We have installed everything in german and everything is configured to use german, still no idea why this happens.

Hi,

Just a quick question - are your internal auto-response mails in German?

Please let us know.
