HTMP email from outside server not displayable in HTMP

I have a user who is getting email from differnt outside users that should be HTML, but will only display as plain text. The HTML button is grayed out. One email in question is some kind of form. My user has received the form before ok. But now when she gets the email, GroupWise will only display it in plain test.

My system has not changed. I run GW 8.02 on Netware 6.5.

Where do I start trouble shooting?

thanks

You get the raw MIME and you display it. Is there a MIME.822 file?

Hi Phil,

Further to what Michael says above... to find the MIME.822 file, open up the e-mail, click on File | Attachments | View -> this will open up a window and display all attachments including the "hidden" mime file.

Cheers,

Can that user see those messages in HTML if she tries a different
client? Such as Webaccess or on a different PC?
