History Email not syncing

Hello,

I have a few customers (iPhone and Droids) that are not getting history mail on their device. They set the device to 200 messages, and one month in the past, but only 3 days come down. I am seeing this on my iPad as well. My iPhone has way more messages in the inbox then my ipad does. (same account on same server).

I am using SLES 11 VM
DS 579 with Patch1

Okay - so first of all, the "200 messages" doesn't pertain to DataSync at all.
That is an IMAP setting, and changing it on the iPhone/iPad won't do anything
for you.

For the one month, you are looking in the "Mail Days to Sync" directly in the
account set up for Mobility, correct? So, here's what I would do. Change it to
1 week. See if that works. Once 1 week is recognized, then go to 2 weeks, and
then go to 1 month.

Just make sure you don't go to "no limit" because this is not honored at all.
