Undefined means just that: there is no link defined. Thus there is no
way for the two domains to communicate.

Re: How do I remove links from link configuration?

I have one domain that i still cannot delete from one of my systems. The link to it is undefined, there is no external sync setup to it and under groupwise system the domain is grey and there is no po under it. When i try to delete i get a message that is still has subordinates. Any suggestions?

Maybe a PO, or an MTA is located below it, that you have to delete first
