How to reconfigure/setup GroupWise Client on windows 10

How do I reconfigure a GroupWise Client on Windows 10?

There is this Micro Focus GroupWise Startup window that allows me to enter in the online Address for the GW server.  How do I get that startup window to come on again so that I can change the GW server address?

Logout of eDirectory, it should then prompt you for a username/pwd. Make sure you've also closed all GroupWise software including notify, if that's still running then you'll remain logged in and won't be prompted.

Hmm, why do you need it? Did you change your postoffice ip address? In this case I would work with dns entry "ngwnameserver".
