Installing Messenger on XP Language Error

Hi everyone.

I'm trying to install a messenger on a xp and i'm getting the error "Unable
to located a valid language file" Does anyone knows what can i do??

This means that the install didn't complete successfully since some required files didn't get installed. Running the install again should fix it.
