Mailbox Custom View
In the GW2014r2 client, one of our users has a mailbox custom view that always shows the email list as threaded. He would like to change to just listing by date. Can change this in the dropdown box, but it always reverts back to threaded. How to change this?
Thanks!
Thanks!

bjbayley sounds like they 'said':

So my response to bjbayley's comment is...
Have you tried a "Restore Default Settings" on their account, then
check the display properties and set it to view by details if needed?

Hi,
Welcome to the forums and thank you for your question.
In the GroupWise Admin Console go to the user in question. Click on the user to open up the settings/configuration for that user. Click on Maintenance. From the drop-down menu next to Actions, select Reset Client Options. Click on OK to submit the GWCheck routine. Preferably have the user logged out of the GroupWise client before doing this.
Please give that a try and let us know how it goes.
Cheers,
