Messages unreadable pin beside email

I have one user that always has email messages that are unreadable. They have a pin icon beside the message, and when they open it, its just a blank email message. Doesn't happen to all emails just a few of them and only every few weeks. It has been happening for a while now, and I can recall that it was a problem in version 7 as well.

Has anyone else seen this?

Any fixes?

Thanks,
Dan.

What's the POA? I would suspect that's where the issue is, and it should be at
8.02HP2. I recall this in GW7, but not on GW8, but we really need to try to
narrow it down to the most recent version.

Server:

Agent Version 8.0.2 (7/7/2010)

Apparently we cannot go to HP2 because it will break our blackberry enterprise server connection.

Nobody else having this issue? We have even re-created the account and it still does it.

Yes, we are having the same problems. I have some email that I sent to myself a while back, couple months, and they are showing up as Posted Notes, with a pin. The content is empty.

I have other users reported similar problems. They have email that were sent to them from other users, those email are now showing as posted notes as well with empty contents.

We are running 8.0.2 HP1 on all agents and 8.0.2 on some clients.

Thanks

It shouldn't. HP2 is supported with BES 5 and 4.1.7 with MR

Re: Messages unreadable pin beside email

Have you seen any "Problem 37" errors in your gwchecks? It's probably
related, read TID 7006520.

We have upgraded to HP2 now....we'll have to wait and see how it goes.

My BES 4.1.7 works fine with HP2 so far.

Re: Messages unreadable pin beside email

Our BES is working properly too with HP2......but I just got an email from the person who has the pinned email problem and she is now having the same problem again.

Anything else we can try?
