Messenger / GW18.1 - Presence Option

Hello,

I'm a bit confused on where or what exactly you are able to see when messenger is integrated into the client.

It is said that you enable this within the client options by clicking "presents" , however it is not there. It IS set at the POA level, but is it the option not suppose to show up at all then on client? You would expect to see it there, just grayed out perhaps.

So, with it set at the POA, I would think it should be enabled. Why is it I do not see usernames in Groupwise with any special indication of their Messenger presence? I could not find any images of what this would look like online so what should I be seeing? I mover-over names and nothing Messenger related is apparent.

Thank you.
