Messenger Policies don't allow control of Alerts

Hi,

Our staff love messenger, but all ask 'How can I get rid of the
annoying xxx
is online, xxx is offline messages.

Now, of course we can tell them how to do that and it's very easy, but
I
want to disable this in a policy, but the policy doens't seem to have
a
setting for this.

Is it an ommision in this version of messenger or am I missing
something?

Nick.
