Messenger iPhone Client

Hi.

this is a weird one... When we are on the homepage on our iphones from 4 through to 6 with various versions of iOS including the latest you see the notifications that you have a message within Novell Messenger, and you can see it on the home page, but as soon as you actually go into messenger they disappear, so home screen yes, within the messenger app itself, nope the messages have disappeared.

The link between the app and the desktop client isn't very reliable for us, you just only seem to get some messages on your iphone.

Any ideas?
