Missing subscribe option

For some reason I no longer have the option to subscribe to an internet
Calendar. This is usually accomplished by right clicking on the
Calendar icon and selecting subscribe. I no longer have that option.
This happens on any computer I try so I'm guessing it has got to be
something with my account, but I don't know what it could be. If I
have other people log into my computer with their accounts they get the
subscribe option. This happens on machines with either the 8.0.3 or
2012 client installed. I've reinstalled the views just to be sure and
I've gone through Client Options in Console one but can't find any
options to allow/disallow subscribing. What could cause this?

Oh, and the previous two internet calendars I've subscribed to are still
there and working. I just can't subscribe to anything new.

Hi Mike,

I recommend that you run a GWCheck against your account with the Reset Client Options routine selected.

Please let us know how it goes.

Cheers,
Laura Buckley

Zombie thread response!!

I had the same problem this morning and found my solution. In the GroupWise Admin Console (2014.2.1 in this case) pick the user (or post office, or domain) and select "Client Options". Choose "Calendar" then "Web Calendar" and make sure that "Enable subscribe to calendar" is check.

You'll need to restart the GroupWise client afterward.
