Monitor not connecting to GWIA

Hello: In GW Monitor our GWIA agent is being shown with a status of "Not Listening". Suggestions? We run 2014 SP1 on an OES11 SP2 server.

Thanks, Chris.

Check if the web console is active. On your GWIA in the admin console, Groupwise, Agent Settings, verify the port (default 9850, IIRC) and set a user name and password.
Try and access the console directly: http://ip.of.your.gwia:9850 and login with the configured credentials.

If that works, you have a problem with the monitor itself, we can troubleshoot this later. Often it helps to restart the monitor via "rcgrpwise-ma restart" 😉
