Moving items

I'm moving items from one account (to be deleted) to another via shared
folders. Have everything moved, but if I do a check mailbox size on
the 'from' account, it still shows 1.72GB in the mailbox in the sent
items.

I cannot find these sent items, they are not in the sent items, there
was no archive set up, not sure where they could be.

Suggestions?

Is the client in Caching or Online mode?

Then I recommend a GWCheck, untick structure, tick contents and everything under contents.

So my response to laurabuckley's comment is...

Did that (with the standalone gwcheck), 0 errors found, items still not
listed in sent items, but they are in sent if I do a check mailbox size.

So my response to laurabuckley's comment is...

Stumbled into a resolution! I noticed that when I went into this
user's sent items folder, I got a warning that no results were found
and would I want to modify the filter.

Whenever I clicked the button to clear it instead, apparently it would
not clear the filter as there was still no email listed.

This last time though, I clicked the option to modify the filter, then
reset it, and voila! the sent items emails are listed.
