New Employees not Found in Address Book
Hello All,
It was brought to my attention that our new CFO is not showing up in the autofill when you type his name into one of our mobile devices. Looking into it further, I found that any employee that has been added in the past year is not showing up. This is consistent across all devices. Tabs, phones, iOS and Android.
I did verify that the user I am using in the mobility connector does have access and can see those users in the address book. Any pointers would be helpful.
Thanks,
Daniel Joaquin

Hello All,
I still have not found an answer to this issue. It is as if the AB that the mobility connector is looking at is old/outdated. Not sure how I would force it to update so that new users show up when our users search via their device.
Thanks,
Daniel
