Not syncing following 966 update

I ran the latest update today and now nothing is syncing with Groupwise! If I look in the Web Admin is does not show any pending items for me, yet I have 3 or 4 emails in my Gwise inbox. I am assuming something in the Groupwise connector is corrupt but I am not sure how to go about finding it. Any suggestions?

Ok, update- All emails are hitting the Groupwise Connector and are being passed to the Mobility Connector. Once they arrive in the Mobility Connector they just sit there until I refresh my mailbox on my phone. So in other words it looks like the connector is not pushing the emails. However, as soon as I delete a message from my phone, within 15 seconds it is deleted out of Groupwise, so push is working from device to mailbox. This seems to be something very specific, so I hope someone has an answer. Thanks!

Did you have any luck getting this fixed? We just upgraded as well and seem to have the same issue.

I ended up contacting Novell support and the support specialist wanted me to run vacuumdb and reindexing which I had already done. I was then told that everything looked like it should and that I should simply re-initialize the users and then delete and re-add their accounts on their devices. I performed this task and all seems to be working well again! I am lucky that we only have a handful of users or this solution would not have been acceptable.
