On build 730, getting login intruder attempts

We are on build 730 using LDAP authentication and GW8HP3, I have had users say their phone has locked them out from having the wrong password on their phone. I thought this was fixed in earlier builds, but I went ahead and tested it myself and sure enough I can cause intruder attempts with a phone on Datasync. Anyone have any thoughts on this or experienced the same problem, do I need to be on GW authentication instead or is this a new bug with 730?
