POA status

Under 2014, when we look at the POA status and go to MTP status, it sometimes shows the Send status as closed (see attached but this capture shows it open). Is this normal or could it be pointing to an underlying problem (see closure reason). Also notice the last closed time versus the last open time. The last opened time/date precedes the last closed time so in theory, how can it be open? Is it normal for the MTP status to close then open and how can we diagnose and fix the protocol error?

Thanks!

Well I do see the same thing on GW2012 I can look at right now, so no
apparent difference.
The 'Last Opened' appears to be when the POA was started, and the 'Last
Closed' appears to be when the POA hit a glitch sending on a particular
thread, likely just letting that one die and creating another that it was
happy with. Entirely possible the 'closer' was just the MTA running out
of threads when busy. In Normal modes I don't see any errors reported in
the POA or MTA logs at the time.
Unless you are experiencing other problems I wouldn't be too worried, but
if you are currious or digging deeper for a problem, turn up the logging
level on both the MTA and POA to see if something is reported.
