Post office will not start.

Hi.

on /etc/init/grpwise status it showed the post office was down So I tried migrating it to another server in the cluster and it now only goes comatose when I try to start Groupwise. It's the version from LastDecember.

Hi,

My recommendation would be to determine if you have a cluster resource problem or purely a GroupWise problem. I would do the following:

Offline the resource
Comment out the lines that load GroupWise in the load script and unload script (this is to eliminate GroupWise from the equation).
Online the resource and see if your volume mounts and goes online correctly.
If you can online/offline the resource without an issue then we have a GroupWise issue.

First see if your issue is cluster related before we troubleshoot GroupWise.

Please let us know how it goes.

Cheers,
Laura Buckley
