Problem with Opera Browser version 10

I very much enjoy Opera Browser V10 and am making it the preferred browser.

Problem with Opera and WebAccess: With Firefox and IE, I can right click on a message and select several options, such as Reply, Delete, etc. With Opera, I don't get that, but instead get the standard choices that you get with any browser on any site (Back, Reload, etc).

Any suggestions?

Please note the absence of Opera from the supported browser list.

Thanks for your reply and informative link.

Regarding your RTFM implied statement, I am and end user seeking suggestions, not a system administrator. If my type of question is not appropriate for this forum, please say so.

While GW may not support Opera by design, I have often found the expertise of forum membership such as this to provide suggestions that extend beyond the intended functionality of a particular product.

Re: Problem with Opera Browser version 10

I'm not even sure Opera 10 can do this, but Opera 9 had a way to spoof the
user agent (search for "Spoof UserAgent ID"). If you change the user agent
to match FireFox or IE's user agent, that might work.

It is, and I guess Aaron just had a bad day 😉

Actually, Opera 10 still has that "spoofing" functionality. I made the changes and still no solution. Thanks for the suggestion.

No worries. As long as we have a mutual understanding about the benefits of community--even in a forum--a cathartic release through an acronym or two is perhaps what we need at the end of a hard day.

ThanX a bunch, and on behalf of everybody hanging around here........

We are here seeking answers, we are here to help each other, but most
of all, we are home sapiens (One exception is the darn polite robot,
graping posts not answered in due time), and as such fail from time to
time 😉

Re: Problem with Opera Browser version 10

Yes. And that's why I try to help people on the forums. I have used GroupWise for years and decided I wanted to help out in keeping a helpful and active forum that people could turn to for help. I thought if GroupWise had an active user community here that it would help promote the product itself. My comment, even in acronym form, don't foster such an environment.

I cannot say I won't make other such comments in the future (I am human), but I will do my best not to.
