Problem with documents and folders

We've updated from GroupWise 7.03 to GroupWise 80 and we're getting the following problems after update:

Rights to Shared Folders can't be modified - I just have to "unshare" it and share it new. If I add a new user I want to share with the user gets the message about new shared folder - but can't do it. If I look again in my settings the change isn't there any more.

Other Problem with documents what are shared in past versions - if I add somebody I want to share the document with - the added users can find the document. All other users the document was shared before can't find it any more.
I also have to unshare the document and share it again.

Some idea what I can do to fix this?
