Hi,
In the GroupWise Admin Console | System | Document Viewer Agent - is there a DVA configured, and on the Post Office Agent is the configured DVA assigned.

Re: Problems with web-config utililty in docker.
I have the exact same error message and problem with my install. I do not have a document viewer installed or configured in my system. Do I need to do so?

Re: Problems with web-config utililty in docker.
I answered my own question. I created the Document Viewer Agent in gwadmin, assigned it to the POA, and tried the web-config again. This time is was successful.

Re: Problems with web-config utililty in docker.
Thanks for the quick. Like others, we did not have the need for DVA, but once it was installed etc. the web-config worked fine. You would think that there would be a reference to this requirement somewhere in the documentation.
Thanks again for your help

Re: Problems with web-config utililty in docker.
Hi,
The DVA plays a key part in the Indexing of the POA. Without this the Search/Find feature of the client will not function correctly. Every GroupWise system requires at least one configured DVA for correct functioning.
