Ready for IOS7

Is Datasync 1.25 Build 299 ready for IOS7?

What are the next steps for Datasync?

Why is the datasync mobile 2.0 not a open beta?

Re: Ready for IOS7

I'm interested in the answer to this too. I need to tell my users to stay away from iOS 7 if it's not going to work with DataSync 1.25 Build 299.

Re: Ready for IOS7

I need to tell my users one way or another on the new 5s model phone too. I'm assuming this comes with iOS 7. They are going to be asking. Thanks.

Why should IOS7 not work against datasynchronizer? The protocol will be
the same: Active Sync. So the mail client on device has to determine
which system on other end and its requirements. At least the mail client
has to switch to Active Sync 2.5.

Do you know the Active Sync versions IOS7 will support?

Same question has to be considered on every Exch*-system.

Re: Ready for IOS7

iOS7 is currently being tested on 1.2.5 and 2.0

We plan on supporting iOS7 on 1.2.5 when apple releases it.

Re: Ready for IOS7

I've been using iOS7 since the first beta came out and haven't had any problems with datasync.

Re: Ready for IOS7

We are close to final beta builds, finishing last lines of code, do some translations, a bit of yast adjustments, fix pending bugs and then wait for QA to finish their testing.
So it will take only a few weeks from now on. We will issue an NPA 30 days prior to FCS. Stay tuned.

Re: Ready for IOS7

We are using Datasync 1.2.5 299 and are noticing that all appears to work with iOS7 except for the creation of contacts. If we create a contact on an iOS device it will propagate to your other iOS devices, however, will never show up in the GroupWise Address book. We can however delete contacts successfully.
