So when is GW2014 going to be available as a 'non eval' version for
people with maintenance on the GW licensing?

I don't believe that there is a difference with the "eval" and "regular" GW version. But I can confirm that 2014 doesn't show up in NCC. Have you contacted Novell customer care, I believe they can help out with this?

I've got it in my NCC.
Download page for eval version says that you cannot legaly use it in a
production environment. You should ask customer care to activate it for
you.

Please send an e-mail to customerresolution at novell dot com and they
will fix your NCC portal as GW2014 should be listed there.

There actually is no difference. As long as you know you have "purchased" it,
you can use the eval version to set up your system. But if it does not show up
in NCC for you, I would indeed contact Customer Care to find out why!

Joseph Marton sounds like they 'said':

So my response to Joseph's comment is...

I sent an email to CRC at novell dot com earlier today, will that get
to the same place?

Re: Release date - Update

Ok, so I went through to 'my products' after logging in, found GW2014
and am downloading it now, where it *doesn't* say it's an eval version.
