Replying to each message

Hello Folks:

a) I configured a rule to respond to each message received from the same sender (Right! this is not the default action)
b) The rule works very well, responding to internal clients as well as, external clients

Question:

Is there any way that I can reconfigure this rule to respond only, to external clients ?

Any ideas

Thanks

Of course. Add a check to the rule for Layout Name equals Internet.

Hi,

Further to what Massimo has suggested...

In the past I used the following criteria: FROM contains *@*

Just do some testing and see which works best for you.

Try View Name equals 'Internet'.

Resolved:

Created 2 separate rules
Rule 1 configuration: (Internet Clients)
Items = received
Type = mail
Subject = *
AND From = *@*
Add Action... = reply with text......u know the rest

Rule 2 configuration: (Internal Clients)
Items = received
Type = mail
Add Action... = reply with text......u know the rest

Thanks to all
