Resend appt: location always resets to specific gw resource

Anybody any clue or encountered the following situation?

I have a worker (secretary) who has the following issue.

When resending an appointment (e.g., additional invitees, date / time of appointment change, etc. etc.), the Location field always resets to a specific GW resource, thus overwriting the original, real, Location information. The defaulted resource is NOT a place, it's just a plain resource. So this worker has to enter the Location again. Since the job of this person is merely multi user calendar management, this can be quite annoying if it happens all the time.

Cheers,

Jan

Re: Resend appt: location always resets to specific gw resou

Hi Jan,

Does this happen to any other person performing the same actions/editing the same appointment? Perhaps test this with temporary access and let us know.

Cheers,

Re: Resend appt: location always resets to specific gw resou

Hi Laura,

Problem solved. It was an incorrect item (i.e.: the resource that alwasys defaulted in the location field) in the frequent contacts. I removed the resource from the workers Frequent Contacts, check: problem solved. So nothing quite special in fact 😉

Thanks for your suggestion.

Cheers,

Jan
