Samsung Galaxy Nexus no Calendar

Hi

when synching with a Samsung Galaxy Nexus (android 4.0.1) - we have no calendar at all (when we open the calendar application an select the exchange calendar the application shows "no calendar").
Mail and Contacts work fine.

DS is 1.2 build 579 patch File 1.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Andrej

Re: Samsung Galaxy Nexus no Calendar

I picked up my Galaxy Nexus a couple ago, and we were already running 1.2.1 (build 730) at the time I connected it, but I did not have any calendar issues. It looks like all my GW calendar entries appeared in my phone.

Hi Andrej,

Yes, seen this too... in the situation where one only selects to sync calendar (and no mail). At quick glance it seems more to be a bug in the Android 4.0 sync application as it does not seem to request the calendar items and only does when email is also selected. Haven't looked into it properly yet (going thorough logs to see what happens with which setting), but the 'workaround' here seems to be to select at least mail and calendar to get it syncing.

Cheers,
Willem
