Sent Items Bold Even Though Sent
We had a issue early this morning with a user database on one of post offices. It involved a backlog of files within the wpcsout/ofs/4 and 5 post office folders. Restarting the agent after hours appears to have correct it. There's a lingering issue though within my client sent folder. I have a number of bolded emails with a red flag/envelope icon. The status is delivered on all of them. Is there a way to correct this?

I'd start with a GWCheck doing a Content check. That might kick something loose.
