SetupIP Install local rights?

I had some help setting up the Automatic Upgrade through GroupWise client using setupip. The individual that assisted me stated that local "user" rights were all that needed to be in place and no Administrative rights were needed. I am seeing just the opposite. Can someone clear up what Windows rights are needed to auto-update GroupWise client on Windows 7 and above? If local admin rights are not needed am I missing a setting to get this working correctly?

Hi Richard,

As far as I am aware Administrator rights are required for the GroupWise Client install.
