Sync of Item Properties in 2.1.0.230
We have upgraded from 2.0.3 to 2.1 and have found mail items opened, mark as read/unread from mobile device is not updating the item properties in the GroupWise 2012 Post Office. Deleting the items works fine. This is occurring with multiple accounts and accounts have been removed, re-added, gwchecked, etc....
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Its annoying going through all your mail on your mobile devices only to find it all untouched on the Native Clients.

I don't see this with GMS 2.1 agains ta 2014 backend. What build of
2012 are you running?

I don't see this with GMS 2.1 agains ta 2014 backend. What build of
2012 are you running?

Sounds like it is worth checking out your GMS with dsapp.

run the 'General Health Check' from under 'Checks & Queries' and see if it suggests anything.
Are your regular GWCheck Contents checks showing any errors that don't go away?

Any errors showing in the POA logs? Especially SOAP errors.
I haven't seen this happen or heard of it happening (I have two GW2012 accounts from different systems on my BlackBerry via GMS), so likely something going on with your system.
What build of GW are you running on what platform version?

Ah, yes, 2012 SP2 is quite old. At a minimum you should look at
updating to 2012 SP3 HP1 which was released in November, but better yet
upgrade to 2014. 🙂

Hello,
I have few customers with GW2012 SP2 end GMS 2.1 Build 230, without any issue
Try reset sync on GMS at the mobile level, or try to sync another mobile with an account having the issue. If you have the issue on both mobile, reset sync on GMS at GroupWise level
