Sync of caching box after holiday not complete

Hi Forum,

some users complain that there inboxes are not complete after they return from holiday. The normal sync interval downloads some emails but not all.
They have to use the menu and click on "retrieve entire mailbox" to get all items.
Is this known out there? Is there a "fix" besides "retrieve entire mailbox"?

Server: 14.0.2-120664
Client 14.0.2 (23.06.2015)

Other than "retrieve entire mailbox" the cure is to wait awhile. GroupWise will download the mailbox in chunks to attempt to complete the update, and it can take awhile for this to happen.
