Temporarily disabling GWHA

Hi,

until recently, when I wanted to temporarily disable GWHA for an agent, I stopped xinetd on that server. That worked and I could do it with a script on the server where some work was to be done.

But with OES 2018 and/or GW 18.1 (both changed at the same time) this does not seem to work any more: now, when I stop xinetd, the POAs are stopped too. I did not find a reason or an explanation for that - can somebody help?

Thanks,
Mirko

Hi Mirko,

I'm asking around in the backrooms - if/when I get an answer I'll post here.

Cheers,

Re: Temporarily disabling GWHA

Hi Laura,

I had opened a SR in the meantime. The engineer did some testing and then created a bug. The case is "Awaitung Engineering" now.

Thanks,
Mirko
