Thread Issue

GW 2012 SP3 client. I have a user who uses the thread view. Has been for years. GW 8.0.2 did not have this problem. When we upgraded him to the 2012 client it started acting differently. He has a lot of email in his mailbox, therefore, it does not all fit on the screen without having to scroll. It doesn't matter if he has it sorted ascending or descending. When a new email comes in, the client puts it at the bottom or top depending on the sort, but moves the scroll button to the opposite end of the mailbox list making him scroll back to the new email.

Well that certainly isn't a desired behaviour.
Does this behaviour occur if the user tries on a different system? Has any other users experienced this?
Might well be worth getting that one user up to sp4 now that it is out.

Apologies for the delay, summer holidays getting in the way of playing here.
