Unable to delete email on Android

Mobility Pack build 579 with Patch File 1 and GW8.0.2.

We have one user who's unable to delete email on his Android device, Samsung Galaxy S II (android 2.3.5). When he tries to delete an email, he gets "Connection error".
The account has removed from the phone and re-created, I also removed his account from connectors and added back. This didn't help.

Another user can delete email on his Samsung Galaxy S II.

Anyone seen this before?

Do you have another device to test? Just curious what happens if you
use another device to try and delete mail from the same user's account.

Re: Unable to delete email on Android

We had database corruption, we uninstalled and re-installed datasync. I haven't heard anything from the user.
