Unread emails

Got a call from a user, his Groupwise client (2012sp2) shows he has 19
unread emails in his Mailbox folder. Going through that folder (only
has about 35 emails in it total), there are 7 unread emails and 1
unread appointment.

This happens on any machine, not just his. Mailbox display settings
not filtering anything out, ran standalone gwcheck against his account,
no errors.

Any ideas what could be causing this? Or are there 11 hidden emails
somewhere that neither he nor I can find?

Hi Stevo

Launch WebAccess and see if you can see them in there.

So my response to laurabuckley's comment is...

He did that, looks like it was the unread appt, was repeating for 10
weeks, so that constituted 10 unread emails.

Thanks Laura!
