Updating Messenger SDDs

What is the proper method to update the Software Distribution
Directory
for GroupWise Messenger (esp. the client)? The readme say run setup

and follow the instructions, but the server install updates the
software
on the server and client install installs the client -- neither
updates
the SDD.

Thanks,

- Doug.

Re: Updating Messenger SDDs

I copied the client\win32 directory to the
sdd\client\win32\addons\gwmsgr
directory. Make sure you resync your setup.ini and setup.cfg files as
well.
If you use setupip.exe to distribute the client to remote users,
you'll need
to update {webdoc}\gwclient\win32\addons\gwmsgr\setup.exe file with
the
{NMpath}\ma\software\client\win32\NVLMSGR.EXE file (used to be calledclient.exe before) as well.
