Upgrade GW6.5 to GW8.0

Hi all,

Can I upgrade directly, or must I upgrade to 7.x first, and then to 8.0?

Thanks as always

Yes. You can definitely upgrade directly from 5.5 or later to 8.0.
Possibly even from 5.0-5.2.

Wonderful. I suspected as much, but good to know for sure.

Thanks Joe.

Now, of course the probabiity of weirdnesses pre 6.0 are much higher. I
would allocate much more time to the conversion and clean up of whacky
issues for a 5.x upgrade. Lot more cruft there.
