WebAccess 2012 SP2 Unable to Upload Attachments

Hello!

I am working with a customer on a strange issue with GroupWise WebAccess 2012 SP2, basically they can't upload any attachments! The browse for file process works fine, but the progress bar never moves and the percentage never moves off of 0%, no matter how long you wait or how small the file. Viewing and downloading attachments works fine.

I have notice that there is a zero length file created in the /var/opt/novell/groupwise/access/temp directory for the attach, but the size never increases. The /temp directory is owned by tomcat tomcat with file permissions of 755 and tomcat is the owner of the zero length file. We have tried changing the file permissions to 777, but it didn't solve the problem.

Any ideas? This behavior is repeated on 4 WebAccess servers.

Thanks a million

Which leads to an obvious question - which web browser(s) on which
operating system(s)? Please include versions.
