Webaccess forwarding sends blank messages

I have users trying to forward messages through webaccess, and the header is delivered, but not the content of the message. If the same message is forwarded (to the same external address) through the Windows client, or using an Android phone on Data Synchronizer, it comes through as expected.

Any idea why web access might be messing with our messages?

Does this happen regardless of which browser is used?

Is this original 2012 WA or 2012 SP1?

Re: Webaccess forwarding sends blank messages

Sorry to revive a dead thread (I might have to make a new one) but we are experiencing this issue.

I have not been able to reproduce it myself. And the User says it does not happen all of the time. He has sent me examples where the recipient has replied stating that there is nothing in the body of the email.

The User uses Google Chrome.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you for your help.

Could you try upgrading to SP3? You could probably get away with
simply upgrading the WebAccess application, though the officially
supported method would be to upgrade the domain & PO first.
