Wrong Android Version shown in Dashboard > Devices (18.1).

Hi.

I only have a handful of devices in our system, but recently I noticed
the OS collums in the devices is showing wrong information. It's correct
for my old Samsung S5 Neo (Android 6.0.1), but for two other phones, a
Moto G5 running Android 8.1, and a Moto G4 with Android 7.0.1, it shows
"Android 9.2.3", the same it's showing for a Galaxy Not 8 running Android 9.

I thought this one has already been reported but naturally bugzilla is not in
a sharing mood so I submitted a new one and will let engineering give me the
dup number.
